Kseniya Shuvaeva

Kseniya Shuvaeva has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kseniya currently holds the position of Human Resources Partner at Semrush since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SKB Kontur from December 2017 to April 2021, where they served as the IT HR and HR Generalist, supporting IT teams and providing various HR services such as recruitment, onboarding, and conflict resolution.

Before their time at SKB Kontur, Kseniya worked at Mars LLC as an HR Specialist in the IT Department from January 2013 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for providing HR services and support to a client group of around 200 IT specialists.

Kseniya also has experience in the automotive industry, having worked at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus. Kseniya held the positions of HR Specialist from September 2011 to January 2013 and Recruitment Specialist from May 2010 to September 2011.

Their work experience also includes a role as Bailiff's Assistant in Inter-District Department at the State Bailiff Service in Leningradskaya region from September 2009 to May 2010, as well as a Clerk in the Accountant Department at Svyaznoy from July 2007 to November 2008.

Kseniya Shuvaeva began their education in 2004 at Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnic University, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Public Administration in 2009. Concurrently, from 2004 to 2006, they also pursued a Specialist degree in Interpreter (English) at Saint-Petersburg State University.
