Natalie Matusova

Natalie Matusova has had a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Natalie started in 2013 as a Shop Manager at Красный Куб before transitioning to the recruitment field. In 2015, they worked as a Recruiter at Talented People for a brief period. Natalie then joined Veeam Software in 2016, initially as a Junior Recruiter and later as a Recruiter until 2018. Natalie then moved to Wrike in 2018 as a Recruiter until 2020. Currently, Natalie is working at Semrush as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, starting in 2020 and progressing to the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2022.

Natalie Matusova attended Saint Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics, where they studied Sociology and specialized in Sociology of Management. Natalie obtained a degree in Sociology and became a professor of Sociology.
