Salvador Medina Herrera

Salvador Medina Herrera is currently the Head of Kompyte's Core (Data) Team at Semrush handling data extraction and machine learning projects. Prior to this role, Salvador worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Kompyte and as a Research Intern at TALP Research Center. Salvador also serves as an Associate Professor at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the same university. With a background in Computer Science and Telecommunications Engineering, Salvador has a strong expertise in natural language processing, web scraping, and data mining. In addition, Salvador has experience as a Software Engineer and CTO at Mobeac.
