Steve Murgo

Steve Murgo is the Senior Vice President of Retention at Semrush. Prior to this, they were a consultant with small to medium size businesses, helping them to build scale in their sales, operations, business development and customer success functions. Steve has also worked as Vice President - Global Sales Operations at Kids II, where they were responsible for designing and building a formal Sales Operations discipline. During their time there, they oversaw a number of successful projects, including the installation of a salesforce.com instance and the move from cost+ to value based pricing.

Steve Murgo has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Saint Leo University. Steve also has a certification in Operational Excellence Foundations from LinkedIn and a certification in Scaling Your Small Business from LinkedIn.
