Hemant Sharma

Hemant Sharma has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Hemant currently holds the position of Director - Solutions Engineering at Semtech since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Exabeam as the Director of Quality Assurance and as the Principal Engineering Manager. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Centre Head - Product Engineering Services at eInfochips (An Arrow Company), where they achieved significant improvements in resource utilization and attrition reduction. Hemant also worked at Cisco as a Software Engineering Manager II - QA, leading the QA team for PCRF product in the Mobile network. Before Cisco, they held multiple positions at Avaya, including Senior Manager - Solution Interoperability, Senior QA Engineering Manager, Senior Engineer - Solution Verification, and Technical Manager - Professional Services. Hemant started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at multiple companies back in 1995.

Hemant Sharma completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management (Executive) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer from Sardar Patel University from 1991 to 1995. Hemant also holds a certification as a Security Green Belt - Manager from Cisco.
