Previously Lee was EVP/Head of Talent and Casting at ABC Entertainment Group where she pioneered a strategy of diverse, inclusive and international casting that led to commercially and critically acclaimed iconic series such as “How to Get Away with Murder,” “Lost” and “Desperate Housewives.”
