Amanda Lyons

Amanda Lyons is a creative professional with extensive experience in visual facilitation, organization development, and educational programming. Currently serving as a Creative at Sena Health since June 2019, Amanda also holds a role as a Visual Facilitator and Organization Development Consultant at VISUALS for CHANGE, where responsibilities include visual recording, presentation design, and visual coaching. In addition, Amanda has been a part-time instructor with Outward Bound since September 2006, focusing on facilitation of team-building sessions for diverse groups. Previous positions include HR Assistant for the America Italy Society of Philadelphia and Organization Development Consultant as a self-employed professional. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Art from Lafayette College.
