Sarah Palmer has a solid background in freight forwarding and customs operations. Sarah started their career as an Election Staff at the Henry County Board of Election in 2006 and worked there until 2010. Sarah then interned at the Henry County Board of Commissioners for four months in 2011. In 2012, they joined Express Employment Professionals as an Assistant and worked there until 2014. During their time at MBA Capstone/ Comp-XM in 2014, they were a student at Clayton State University. In 2015, they joined Yusen Logistics (Americas), Inc. as an Entry Writer, where they were responsible for processing customs entries, evaluating paperwork for compliance, and dispatching freight to customers. Sarah held this position until 2016, when they joined Bennett International Group as an Entry Writer. At Bennett International Group, Sarah continued to write and process customs entries accurately, evaluate paperwork for compliance, dispatch freight, and train others on the customs process. Sarah also provided quotes for customs entries and billing. Sarah's most recent role is Senior Operations Associate at SENATOR INTERNATIONAL Freight Forwarding, where they serve as a weekend supervisor to a team. Sarah is responsible for writing, filing, and processing customs entries accurately, as well as ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations. Additionally, they audit files for compliance and trains others in entry writing and compliance practices.

Sarah Palmer completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Supply Chain Management at Clayton State University in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree in Marketing at the University of West Georgia in 2012. Sarah started their educational journey by completing an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies at Gordon College (GA) back in 2009.
