Laura Hetherington

Laura Hetherington has over 20 years of experience in HR and talent management. Laura is currently the People & Culture Manager at Senceive, where they oversee all HR activity and works closely with the management team. Prior to their current role, Laura worked as an HR & Talent Manager at Protean Electric Limited, where they were responsible for recruitment, employee development, and performance management. Laura also served as the Head of HR & Talent Management at BW: Workplace Experts, where they introduced and managed the HR function for over 100 employees. Additionally, Laura has experience as an executive assistant and personal assistant earlier in their career.

Laura Hetherington attended Sunbury Manor School from 1983 to 1987, where they completed their O Levels. Their field of study included Mathematics, English Language, English Literature, French, German, Art, Geography, Biology, and Music. Subsequently, they enrolled at Brooklands Technical College from 1987 to 1989, where they pursued their A Levels. During this period, Laura specialized in English Literature, Communication Studies, French, and German.
