Salary Range: $350,000 - $400,000 Total Compensation ($175,000 - $200,000 Base + 100% commission)

The Head of Revenue Role
As we continue our mission to be the market-leading underwriting platform for agile insurers, we are looking for our first Head of Revenue in the US.
You’ll report to our CEO & Co-Founder, Andy to support our growth in North America. The role will take responsibility for developing and executing the Sales and GTM plans for the region to achieve our revenue targets. This will include leading our consultative sales process, producing tender proposals, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts with potential customers, and representing Send at industry events.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of commercial insurance industry, sales processes, selling a SaaS platform, pipeline building, prospecting dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver product demonstrations and build tender proposals.

Our Funding
From 2017 to 2022, we bootstrapped our growth journey, transforming into a profitable and stable company. In November 2022, after a year of remarkable expansion in our revenue and team, we successfully obtained £9M in Series A funding to accelerate our expansion in the UK and US and our product development.
The Send Team
Over the past 18 months, Send has experienced remarkable team growth, expanding by over 50% to a team of 80+. At the beginning of 2023, our team was based in the UK and Poland. We’ve taken significant strides towards establishing a global presence and now have team members across the US and India, all working collaboratively to be the market-leading underwriting software platform for agile insurers.

Head of Revenue Interview Process
Our recruitment process for Head of Revenue role will consist of 4 formal interviews, plus informal interviews:
Intro call with our in-house recruiter, Liam (30 minutes) - This will cover your background, motivations and communication, along with a chance to get to know Send and the role better.
Stage 1 - Interview with Andy Moss, CEO (45 minutes)
Stage 2 - Interview with Sarah Sutton, CMO and Charlie Riley, VP Of Marketing (45 minutes)
Stage 3 - Interview and Task with Lloyd Peters, Head of Revenue and Mike Graham, Head of Commercial (45 minutes - 1 hour)
Stage 4 - Interview with Pat Caldwell, Chief People Officer (45 minutes)
