Pat Caldwell

Pat Caldwell has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2011, they started as an HR Business Partner at BHP, where they eventually became the Chief of Staff & Principal Supply Planning. In 2017, they worked as the Head of People Operations at Affinity Water. From 2017 to 2021, Pat worked at FundApps, first as the People Operations & Talent Manager, then as the Global Head of People, and finally as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2022, they became the VP People & Operations at Metomic and also served as a Non-Executive Director & Board Member at ImpactEd Group. Their most recent position is the Chief People Officer at Send, a startup focused on reshaping underwriting processes in the insurance industry. Additionally, they have also worked as an advisor at ChangeEngine.

Pat Caldwell completed a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management at QUT (Queensland University of Technology). They also obtained a Master of Business in Applied Finance from the University of Southern Queensland. In addition to their educational background, Pat has received certifications such as becoming a Professional Member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI), a Member of the Forbes Business Council, and an Insights Discovery Accredited Practitioner from Insights. They also hold the certification of Open People Leader from Open Org starting in 2023.
