Joe Pagano

Joe Pagano is the current Chief Financial Officer at SendBird. Joe has also previously served as the CFO for Data Torrent, Inc. and Clean Wave Technologies, Inc.

Joe has a long history of success in the financial industry. As a member of new management teams, they have aggressively refocused cultures, product and market positioning. Joe has also developed operational disciplines, professionalized financial reporting and governance, and reconstructed all customer and partner facing contracts including MSLA’s, Services, Support and Partnership Agreements. Joe has considerable sales pipeline engagement with large deal participation and negotiation of customer agreements.

In their previous role at Clean Wave Technologies, Inc., Joe was instrumental in repositioning and relocating manufacturing operations. Joe also successfully reorganized legal structures, including converted from a U.S. Delaware “C” corporation to Cayman Island “Ltd” corporation and forming Hong Kong and Taiwan subsidiaries. In China, they partnered with an industry leader to establish a joint venture manufacturing facility. Joe negotiated the JV Agreement, hired key personnel and maintained on-going financial oversight. Additionally, they were responsible for negotiating and managing the closing of multinational Series B financing with convertible notes and raised growth capital term financing, securing multiple offers.

Joe’s experience and success in the financial industry make him a valuable asset to any company. Joe has a proven track record of being able to successfully turn around struggling businesses and lead them to profitability.

Joe Pagano has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arizona.
