Ella Schillaci

Ella Schillaci is a dedicated management consulting professional, currently serving as a Manager at Sendero since June 2021, where the focus is on delivering significant and measurable results for large and mid-sized organizations. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst and Associate at Sendero, as well as a Research Assistant with the Warriors Research Institute at Baylor Scott & White Health. Ella also contributed as a Senior Baylor Experience and Admissions Representative at Baylor University and completed a summer internship at Sarah Cannon. Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baylor University, graduating in 2021.
