Amir Younes

Amir Younes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, leadership, and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Sendoso and as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, Amir has a proven track record in enhancing customer experiences and driving growth. As Academic Director and Associate Professor of Leadership at Luxembourg School of Business, Amir teaches MBA candidates and oversees core leadership curriculum. Previous roles include senior leadership positions at Wrike, Attentive, Rocket Fuel Inc., and Medallia, where Amir led global initiatives and customer success teams, consistently achieving high customer retention rates. Amir holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
