Rachel Kohn

Rachel Kohn currently serves as the Vice President of People Operations at Sendoso, a role assumed in February 2024 following the acquisition of Alyce, where Rachel held the position of Vice President of People from February 2021 to February 2024. In addition, Rachel is an R/DE Instructor at B/SPOKE Studios and a Core Member at Underscore VC. Previous experience includes significant leadership roles in talent acquisition and people operations at The Bowdoin Group, Brooke Charter Schools, Education Pioneers, and Tulane University. Rachel's educational qualifications include an MBA from Tulane University, a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and a BA in Anthropology and English from Tulane University.
