Karen Harris

Karen Harris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Karen currently holds the position of Learning and Development Manager - Operations at Zepz since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Learning and Development Project Manager at Zepz from September 2022 to September 2023.

In 2020, Karen joined Sendwave (International Remittance) as a Learning and Development Project Manager Sup Lead 3. Karen also served as a Customer Care L&D Supervisor and a Customer Care L&D Training Supervisor. Before that, they worked as a Level 3 Customer Support Trainer from September 2020 to March 2022.

From 2019 to 2020, Karen worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at Weissman Theatrical Supplies. Prior to that, they held various roles at Encompass Insurance from 2014 to 2019, including Underwriting Training and Education Team Leader, Underwriting Training and Education Consultant, Risk Specialist/Underwriter, and Sr. Underwriter.

Before entering the insurance industry, Karen worked as a Personal Lines Account Manager at Miller's Insurance Agency, Inc. from 2011 to 2014.

Karen Harris earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Reading Area Community College between 2015 and 2018.
