Nyambura Karita

Nyambura Karita is the current COO at Sendy. Nyambura has held previous positions as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, a senior associate at Mboya Wangong'u & Waiyaki, and a legal associate at Clarkslegal LLP. Nyambura has focused their career on finding solutions to complex challenges in both business and socio-economic environments. Nyambura has been successful in advising on some of Kenya's most innovative legal transactions including the establishment of the derivatives exchange, the first REIT, the first ETF and the first PPP to attain commercial close.

Nyambura Karita has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Finance from King's College London, a Post graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Nairobi. Nyambura is also a qualified ACCA with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Strathmore University. Nyambura has additionally completed a PPP & Project Finance Masterclass from the Law Society of England & Wales.
