Tom Nett

Tom Nett has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Seneca Foods, LLC since July 2006, where responsibilities include managing HR activities and labor relations for the company's fruit operations. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Signature Fruit Company from April 2001 to July 2006 and served as Director of Human Resources at Tri Valley Growers from July 1983 to April 2001. Additionally, Tom was the Director of Labor Relations at California Canners & Growers from June 1970 to July 1983. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from St. Norbert College, completed between 1967 and 1970.
