Dr. John R. Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Dr. John R. is currently working as a Foodlink Community Farm Specialist at Foodlink, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Dr. Miller served as the Pastor of Education at Living Word Temple of Restoration starting in 2006. Dr. John R. also worked as a Professor at Regent University from August 2006 onwards. From 2007 to 2020, Dr. Miller held multiple positions at Elim Bible Institute and College, including Program Chair and Professor. Dr. John R. began their studies at Trinity Seminary, where they obtained a Bachelor of Divinity degree in Theology/Theological Studies. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Rochester and completed a Clinical Pastoral Education CPE program with a focus on Chaplaincy at Strong Memorial Hospital. Subsequently, they attended Northeastern Seminary and earned a Master of Divinity degree in Divinity/Ministry. Finally, they pursued their Ph.D. at Regent University, specializing in Church History: Renewal Studies.
