Kristina Diman

Kristina Diman, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Kristina is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Seneca Holdings, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, Kristina served as the Director of Strategy & People Ops at Higher Logic, an industry-leading cloud-based engagement platforms company, from October 2017 to December 2022. At Higher Logic, they implemented a data-driven approach to enhance employee engagement and developed the company's People Strategy framework.

Before joining Higher Logic, Kristina held the position of Director of Human Resources at Informz from May 2016 to October 2017. Kristina began their career at the Center for Disability Services in June 2007, where they served as Senior HR Manager for nearly nine years.

In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and as a SHRM-Certified Professional from SHRM.
