Mercy Chogugudza

Mercy serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Seneca Holdings, LLC. She is responsible for defining and leading the company’s human resources strategy. Mercy is a proven thought leader and business partner who drives people centric solutions. As a Human Resources Leader, she has been responsible for formulating and implementing processes for all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and retention of top talent, drive engagement and improved process efficiencies through leveraging integrated HR technologies. Mercy is an SHRM, and GBA certified Human Resources professional. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology Honors degree from the University of Zimbabwe, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Strayer University and a Master of Arts (MA), Human Resources Management from Marymount University.
