Meredith Anderson

Meredith Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Meredith currently holds the position of VP, Organizational Development/Learning & Development at Seneca Holdings since September 2022. Before that, they were a Facilitator & Coach at the Women's Leadership Forum, where they developed and conducted workshops on gender, power, values, and presence. Meredith also served as the Director of Learning & Development at Higher Logic from March 2020 to July 2022. Meredith Anderson has a strong background in leadership and community involvement, as they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Arlington Free Clinic from January 2015 to December 2020 and graduated from the Leadership Arlington program in 2020. Meredith also operated their own coaching business, Firekeeper Coaching, LLC, from June 2015 to February 2020. Additionally, they held roles at the Smith Center for Healing and the Arts, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and Discovery Communications earlier in their career.

Meredith Anderson has a Bachelor's degree in English, Business, and Psychology from James Madison University. Meredith also holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree in Psychology from Harvard Extension School. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification from Gallup, and a Certified Diversity and Belonging Facilitator certification from Veritas Culture. Meredith is also an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC.
