Paul Graves is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations management and analytics in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Advanced Analytics and Automation Team Lead at Seneca Holdings, Paul oversees a team focused on enhancing labor cost accounting for over 144,000 employees across numerous healthcare facilities while implementing Robotic Process Automation to improve efficiency.
