Robert Pinci has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and financial sectors. Robert is currently serving as the Chief Information Systems Officer at Senergene Solutions since January 2022.
Prior to this, Robert worked at 2 Brush Strokes, Inc. from June 2018 to January 2022 as the COO. During their tenure, they successfully developed and implemented a process automation Center of Excellence (CoE), designed and developed a Healthcare Automated Member Eligibility system, and implemented a CRM system with direct marketing capabilities. These initiatives significantly improved operational efficiency and customer engagement.
From July 2014 to May 2018, Robert held the position of Global Product/Program Manager at Concentrix. In this role, they were responsible for managing technology-infused assets including the Work at Home and Intelligent Process Automation programs. Robert played a vital role in growing the Work at Home program's revenue and bringing a new Automated Claims Auditing System to market, resulting in substantial cost savings for healthcare payers. Robert also managed multiple projects utilizing robotic process automation (RPA) applications.
Robert has also worked at IBM Global Process Services from April 2010 to June 2014, where they served as the GPS Development CRM Program Manager and later as an IT Delivery Project Executive and Integration Manager/Third Party Services. During their tenure, they successfully led global projects, developed innovative CRM solutions, and implemented process improvement projects using BPM and OpenSpan tools.
Before joining IBM, Robert worked as a Solution Architect (Contractor) at Commerce Bank from May 2005 to February 2007. Robert played a key role in designing and developing a mortgage loan origination system, which was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
Prior to that, Robert worked as a Solution Architect at Gateway Funding and Director IT at Penn 1st Financial at National Penn Bank. Robert also served as the CIO at Fidelity Mortgage Funding Corp. and worked as a Consultant at GMAC ResCap.
