Michael Ramsey has worked as a SQA Automation Engineer since 2007, starting at Enterasys Networks. Michael then moved to Extreme Networks in 2013 before joining Senet, a Low-Power Wide-Area Network (LPWAN) Provider for IoT Applications, in 2016. Prior to this, they worked at the Interoperability Lab as a Fast Ethernet/Autonegotiation tester from 2005. During their time at Enterasys, they assisted in the design and development of automated testing software of network protocols, ran and reported on nightly automated regressions, developed test guides using government standards, assisted with testing at JITC, executed throughput and latency performance testing on ethernet switches, and evaluated Layer 2 protocols such as IEEE 802. 1Q, 802. 1P, and 802.
Michael Ramsey attended the University of New Hampshire from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering.
