Melissa Tucker

Melissa Tucker has a strong background in payroll and HR administration. Melissa most recently worked as a Senior Payroll Lead at Senex Energy Pty Ltd starting in 2022. Prior to that, Melissa was a Payroll Manager at Churches of Christ in Queensland from 2021 to 2022 and at Sojitz Coal Mining Pty Ltd from 2019 to 2021. Melissa also gained extensive experience at Nautilus Minerals, where they held various roles including Senior HR Advisor, HR Remuneration Advisor, and Senior Payroll/HR Administrator from 2011 to 2019. Before Nautilus Minerals, Melissa was a Senior Payroll Project Officer (Fixed Term Contract) at Energex in 2011. Melissa also worked as a Senior Payroll Project Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) at Newcrest Mining in 2010 and as a Payroll Manager at Lihir Gold Limited from 2009 to 2010. Melissa's early career includes roles as a Payroll Officer at Rio Tinto from 2005 to 2009, a Payroll Officer (Rio Tinto Company) at Comalco from 2004 to 2005, and a Payroll Officer (Outsourced Payroll for Ango Coal) at Mincom from 2001 to 2004.

Melissa Tucker attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies. Prior to that, they attended Everton Park High School.
