Greg Cwik

Greg Cwik is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Senior Aerospace SSP, Greg is responsible for leading the engineering team, mentoring engineers, and driving process improvements. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Kellstrom Defense, where responsibilities encompassed engineering management across multiple sites, and Quality Manager at Milgard Windows and Doors, overseeing quality control processes. Greg has also held managerial positions at SloanLED, CoolPlanet Energy Systems, Skurka Aerospace Inc, and Waterpik Technologies, contributing to product development, project management, and technology advancements. Greg holds an MBA in International Marketing and Management from Loyola Marymount University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
