Laura Alexander Cfc

Laura Alexander, CFC has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Laura started in 2002 as the president and CEO of On The Mark Inc, where they remained until 2023. From 2006 to 2015, they were also the president and CEO of Savings Express Direct Mail. In 2015, they became the president and CEO of Smart Franchise Consulting & Marketing, which they led until 2023. Most recently, in 2016, they took on the role of Vice President of Franchise Development at Senior Care Authority.

Laura Alexander, CFC completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, and Related Programs from Western Michigan University. Laura obtained several additional certifications, including Effective Franchise Recruitment from the Franchise Advisory Centre in May 2018, Fundamentals of Natural Lifemanship from Natural Lifemanship in March 2018, and Certified Franchise Consultant from FranServe, Inc. in March 2015.
