Kathleen Bole is a development manager with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Kathleen has worked on development initiatives totaling over $134 million in total development costs and has managed 10 developments in varying stages from site selection to lease up. In their role as Development Manager at Cohen-Esrey Affordable Partners, they were responsible for the development process from site selection to stabilized occupancy, including underwriting, entitlements, securing funding sources, coordination of design and construction partners, market research, and due diligence. Kathleen also managed and produced funding applications, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit applications in 4 states resulting in 5 tax credit awards within 2 years totaling $3.16 million in tax credits worth $25.9 million in equity. In addition to their development management experience, Kathleen also has experience coordinating community planning, outreach and events for all Kansas City office projects.
