Brian Geihsler

Brian Geihsler has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Brian started their career at Microsoft in 2007, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer on various projects, including the Outlook 2010 client. In 2014, they joined CenturyLink Cloud as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a key role in building and shipping a new product line called "Tinman."

In 2016, Brian worked as a Principal Software Engineer (Contract) at GoDaddy, where they were part of the Flare team, developing and shipping iterations of a mobile application aimed at helping entrepreneurs give and receive feedback on business ideas.

In 2015, Brian co-founded VendorHawk, a company that became a leading player in the software vendor management space. After just over two years of operation, VendorHawk was acquired by ServiceNow, where Brian continued to work. At ServiceNow, Brian held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Director of Software Engineering.

Recently, Brian joined Senior Place as a Software Consultant in 2022. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated a strong focus on building high-performing engineering teams, fostering a sustainable engineering culture, and making significant contributions to product development and strategy.

Brian Geihsler attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
