Chris Gladheim

Chris Gladheim, SPHR, is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various industries. Chris is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Senior Resource Group, where they manage the development and operation of luxury retirement communities. Prior to this, Chris held the role of Sr. Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition COE at General Atomics, a leading technology company. Chris also worked at ASML as a Director of HR Business Partner, where they contributed to the production of technology for the semiconductor industry. Chris has a diverse background in HR and operations, having held positions at Asset Marketing Systems and Nokia Mobile Phones. Chris started their career in the US Marine Corps, serving as a Training Manager and Infantry member. Overall, Chris has a strong track record in strategic HR management and talent acquisition.

Chris Gladheim, SPHR obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from UC San Diego between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, they earned a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Chris also holds certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification obtained in 2005 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification obtained in 2011.
