Melissa Dillon

Melissa Dillon has a diverse range of experience in the senior living industry, starting as a Server at Ruby's Diner, Inc. before moving into roles such as Assisted Living and Memory Care Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living. Melissa later transitioned to leadership positions at companies like MorningStar Senior Living and Merrill Gardens, where Melissa served as the Director of Programming, Executive Director, and Director of Memory Care. Currently, Melissa holds the role of Corporate Director of Memory Care at Senior Resource Group. Melissa also holds a Master's degree in Gerontology from California State University, Long Beach, and a BA in Psychology from Concordia University Irvine.
