Jennifer Oliveira currently serves as an Assistente de Talent Acquisition at Senior Sistemas, focusing on multidisciplinary squads and contributing to Business and Tech recruitment while developing skills in Recruitment Marketing and Candidate Experience. Previously, Jennifer worked at Cia. Hering as an Assistente Administrativo de Vendas, where customer support was provided to enhance the buying and post-sale journey, alongside identifying systemic inconsistencies related to NPS and KPIs.
