Michał Biranowski

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023. Micha founded and owns managination, focusing on enhancing the software development landscape. Previously, Micha held significant roles including Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing to decentralized finance and energy infrastructure. Additional experience includes positions as Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, Blockchain Advisory Board member for the IIB Council, and advisory roles at PioneerVentures.io, Sweetbridge, Inc., and SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further education in fintech and project management.
