Matt Cole

Matt Cole has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain at Firman Power Equipment since January 2019. Prior to this, Matt held various roles at Champion Power Equipment from March 2005 to December 2018, including Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Parts Manager, Customer Service Representative, and Shipping Assistant. Key achievements include the development of a high-volume drop shipment LTL program, implementation of electronic shipping documentation, and advancement of parts department efficiency. Matt has demonstrated expertise in inventory management, logistics negotiation, customer service, and operational efficiency, significantly contributing to organizational growth and customer support in both the United States and Canada.
