Tim Phillips

Chief Growth Officer at sennder

Tim Phillips has a long history of work experience in the logistics industry. Starting in 1987 with Jaguar Land Rover as a Regional Business Manager, they then moved to BMW Group in 1998 as General Manager of World Wide Vehicle Distribution. In 2001, they joined AutoLogic Plc as Group International Traffic Director, and then in 2005 as Managing Director of VMEX. In 2008, they became Chief Executive Officer of Freightex Ltd, and after the sale of Freightex to UPS, they joined Coyote Logistics Europe in 2017 as President. Finally, in 2019, they joined sennder as Chief Growth Officer and Senior Vice President of Development. Throughout their career, Tim has been responsible for inorganic growth, streamlining operations, and setting up new markets and partnerships.

Tim Phillips studied Mechanical Engineering at Newcastle University and received a BSC. Tim also attended Shrewsbury School. Additionally, they are a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT) from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
