Yasmine Riechers has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Yasmine started their career at Sennheiser in 2008, where they worked as a Student Assistant in International HR and later as a Project Manager in HR and Marketing. Yasmine then moved on to Vier S Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, where they worked as a Project Manager within the Sonja Quandt company network. Yasmine joined BR Science & Technologies in 2013 as a General Manager, overseeing the production of transformer coils and similar wound products. In 2015, Yasmine joined Siemens as the General Manager for Traction Transformer in China. Finally, they returned to Sennheiser in 2015 as the Director of Operations in Greater China and later became the Country Manager for Greater China. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Sennheiser.+

Yasmine Riechers holds an MSc in International Business from the University of Birmingham, which they completed in 2011. In 2022, they attended the Yale School of Management for executive education in global politics. In 2018, they participated in the Leading for Success Consortium Program/HKUST Executive Education at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Yasmine also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Paderborn University, which they earned from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they studied International Business at Nottingham Trent University from 2007 to 2008. Yasmine completed their high school education at Harrisburg Academy in Harrisburg, USA from 2001 to 2002.
