Arron W. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Arron started their career in 1999 as a Claims Adjuster & Database Administrator at Neodyme Technologies Corp, where they focused on insurance claims for medical devices and assisted client hospitals with asset management. From 2001 to 2012, they worked at The Acorn Group as a Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer, and Team Lead, managing property improvement projects and designing and fabricating custom equipment. At Kinetic Concepts, from 2013 to 2014, they served as a Quality Engineer II, performing medical device testing and evaluations, and later as a Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineer II, managing projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Arron then joined Mensor, LP in 2014 as an R&D (Mechanical) Engineer II, leading the engineering team and managing projects for precision instrumentation. Arron also worked on design, prototype fabrication, and cost reduction projects. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Xenex Disinfection Services, focusing on designing UV disinfection robots and various devices. Arron also served as the Solidworks PDM Administrator. Most recently, Arron worked at Zimmer Biomet from 2021 to 2022 as a Design Quality Engineer (Remote). And currently, they hold the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Seno Medical. Overall, Arron has extensive experience in mechanical design, quality engineering, project management, and compliance within the medical device industry.
Arron W. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1998. Arron then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, completing it in 2003. After that, Arron pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at San Antonio, which they completed in 2012.
In terms of certifications, Arron obtained the EIT/FE Engineer-In-Training certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in May 2004. Arron also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2019.
