Director of Supply Chain at Seno Medical Instruments

Steve Viro has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Steve currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain at Seno Medical since March 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Purchasing and Materials at Fort Bend ISD from 2016 to 2017, where they led a team and successfully completed the procurement for the construction of three new elementary schools under budget.

From 2015 to 2016, Steve worked as a Senior Leader Strategic Sourcing at Volex, where they guided supplier partners and played a key role in winning new business. Steve also held various roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2010 to 2014, including Acting Operations Leader and Global Sourcing and Supply Chain Leader for the Process Management Business Unit.

Steve has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Integrated Strategic Solutions, where they developed lean solutions for the International Space Station program, and as a Senior Director of Materials and Supply Chain Management at RTRON, a former electronics contract manufacturer.

Earlier in their career, Steve worked at Solectron, Tenneco, and Sony in roles related to purchasing, supply chain management, and procurement.

Steve Viro obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Logistics and Economics from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business. Steve attended this institution from 1984 to 1988. Later, from 1997 to 1998, Steve pursued an MBA degree in Integrated Business Management at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
