Esteban Alvarado

Esteban Alvarado has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Esteban is currently working as the Commercial Finance Director at Sensata Technologies, where they are responsible for managing net revenue forecasts, conducting financial analysis, and implementing strategic initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at Emerson Automation Solutions, where they held several positions including Sales and Channels Director, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Strategic Planner, Central America Sales Manager, and Proposal Engineer. Esteban achieved significant growth in orders and implemented various strategies to drive sales and improve customer care. Before Emerson, Esteban worked at GreenTech Energy Group as a Sales/Project Engineer, selling and installing energy measuring equipment and renewable energy solutions. Additionally, they worked as a Professor Assistant at Universidad de Costa Rica and interned at Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad and Ad Astra Rocket Company, gaining experience in electrical engineering and feasibility studies.

Esteban Alvarado has a diverse education history. In 2008, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR. Esteban then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tecnológico de Costa Rica between 2011 and 2014, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2019, Esteban attended Kellogg Executive Education for a program called "Energizing People for Performance" in the field of Management. Additionally, they hold a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn, which was obtained in 2021.
