Justin Colson

Justin Colson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Justin began their career in 2003 at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where they worked as an Associate Technical Staff for nearly seven years. In 2011, they interned as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company. Justin later joined McKinsey as an Associate/Engagement Manager in 2012 and stayed with the company until 2014. Following their time at McKinsey, they joined Sensata Technologies in 2014 as the Director of Strategy and Business Development. Justin went on to hold various roles within the company, including Sr. Director of Global Marketing and Business Development and Principal for Electrification & Autonomy. In 2018, they became the General Manager E-Propulsion & Principal for Electrification. In 2019, they briefly served as the SVP of Business Transformation at Rocket Software. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Electrification, as well as General Manager of Clean Energy Solutions at Sensata Technologies.

Justin Colson completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree (S.M.) in Aeronautics and Astronautics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2008. Justin began their academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Physics from Cornell University, which they completed between 1999 and 2003.
