Judith Colombo Ms, Acc

Judith Colombo, MS, ACC, serves as the Sr. Director of Organizational Development at TrueCare since March 2024 and has been an Executive Coach at Senscient since January 2021. Previously, Judith held key positions including Sr. Practice Transformation Specialist at Lehigh Valley Health Network and Founder of Blue Fish Group, LLC, which focused on cross-functional gatherings for women leaders. Judith's extensive experience includes roles in talent management and executive coaching at Braskem America and QVC, where influential coaching programs were developed for senior leaders. Judith's early career involved various clinical and non-clinical roles at Doylestown Hospital and St. Lukes Health Network, contributing to organizational development and physician leadership. Judith holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Wilmington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from UMass Boston.
