Anastasia Grabar

Anastasia Grabar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries such as software development, construction, and engineering. Anastasia is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Sense, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they held a role as a Senior Development Manager at ChenMed from January 2021 to May 2022. Anastasia also served as a Development Manager at ChenMed from October 2018 to January 2021 and as a Quality Assurance Lead from May 2016 to September 2018.

Before their time at ChenMed, Grabar worked at e-Builder as a Quality Assurance Analyst from May 2015 to May 2016. In this role, they worked in the Development department of a Cloud-Based Construction Management SaaS Company, performing as a QA lead on major development projects and generating testing strategies and test plans.

Prior to e-Builder, they were a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Applause from February 2014 to January 2016. Here, they remotely worked on the uTest online platform, executing assigned projects within required technical specifications, business requirements, and fixed deadlines. Anastasia performed testing on multiple web and mobile applications.

Grabar also gained experience in the construction industry, working at Bauer Foundation Corp. as a Project Engineer from September 2013 to September 2014. Anastasia was responsible for operating and estimating departments, generating estimates, preparing bid documents, selecting vendors and subcontractors, and assisting in project management. Anastasia also worked closely with clients and job site crews, organized procurement, and visited job sites to resolve production issues.

Anastasia'scareer began with an internship/junior estimator role at GeoJet LLC, a mid-size construction company specializing in deep foundation construction. During this time, they gained professional skills and knowledge of the construction business, taking part in the operating and planning departments as well as the operations department.

Lastly, Grabar had an internship at Oracle from May 2010 to May 2011 as an Internship Trainee. This opportunity provided their with initial exposure to the industry and served as a foundation for their subsequent career path.

Anastasia Grabar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Project Management Certification in Primavera P6 at Project Management University, PM Soft, "Oracle".
