Raquel Martins has a robust background in customer success and technical support, currently holding multiple roles at SenseData since August 2021, including Customer Success Pleno and Implementation Success Pleno. Prior experience includes a position at AutoForce where responsibilities involved training clients on product use and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective onboarding strategies.
