Production and Product Quality Lead at SenseGlove

Patrick Keesmaat has a diverse range of work experience. Patrick began their career as a Student Assistant at Industrial Design Engineering, TU Delft in 2017 and continued in a similar role in 2018. In 2018, they also completed an internship as a Jr. Functionality and Electronics Designer at MMID, where they focused on prototyping using electronics, software, and mechanics.

In 2019, Patrick returned to TU Delft as a Student Assistant for the Minor Interactive Environments program. Patrick then transitioned to a role as a Researcher at the Human Robot Co-production lab, TU Delft in 2020. In this position, they researched and developed Industry 4.0 Smart Factory and robotics projects using Python and ROS.

In 2021, Patrick joined Crescent Med as a Product Engineer, where they worked on the hardware and software development of the Crescent Vision, a surgical headband with various features such as dual-camera, high-power focused lighting, audio-visual livestreaming, real-time communication, and recording. Patrick was later promoted to Head of Production and served in this role until 2023.

Currently, Patrick is working at SenseGlove as the Production and Product Quality Lead, a position they started in June 2023.
