Sreebalaji H

Sreebalaji H has a strong background in human resources and talent management. They currently hold the position of Vice President People and Culture at SenseHawk, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as Head HR India at Velodyne Lidar India from August 2021 to March 2023. They also worked at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation as the Head HR Business Partner & Talent Network from September 2009 to February 2021.

During their tenure at Agilent Technologies as a Manager HR from April 2007 to September 2009, Sreebalaji successfully implemented an advanced resourcing/retention plan that resulted in significant cost savings. They also designed and executed talent retention and attraction programs that helped the company grow from 10 to approximately 300 employees within one year.

At Intel India Technology, Sreebalaji held the position of Sr. Consultant HR from August 2005 to April 2007. They played a key role in accelerating hiring efforts and establishing a premier technology group. They also implemented strategic partnership programs with academic and employment forums to attract research scientists and reduced recruitment lead time through data-driven hiring initiatives.

Prior to that, Sreebalaji held positions at ITC Infotech Ltd as a Sr Executive HR from April 2005 to August 2005, and at Tata Elxsi Ltd as an Executive HR from November 2003 to December 2004.

Sreebalaji H has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bangalore University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General through the EGMP program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. In 2016, they also obtained a certification in the DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
