Sr. Director of Engineering at Sensei

Marcus Rosenthal has extensive work experience in the engineering and robotics industry. Marcus is currently working as the Senior Director of Engineering at Sensei Ag, where they are responsible for directing engineering projects related to indoor farming. Marcus was also involved in managing manufacturing engineering and served as a co-founder and manager at EPAM Technology, a subsidiary of Artificial Muscle, Inc.

Marcus began their career as a Research Engineer at SRI International, where they developed actuator technology based on electroactive polymer artificial muscle. Marcus contributed to both government and privately funded research projects and developed reliable manufacturing processes for linear actuators.

Additionally, Marcus gained research experience at UC Berkeley's Polypedal Lab, where they worked as a Lab Assistant, studying animal and insect locomotion for robotic design inspiration. Marcus also worked as a Skateboarding Instructor at UC Berkeley.
