Erek Towers

Erek Towers has a wealth of experience in facilities and engineering management. Erek is currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Sensei since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Facilities Manager at High Life Farms from April 2021 to June 2022. From November 2020 to May 2021, Towers held the position of Assistant Chief Engineer at Augustine Casino. Erek also served as the Chief Engineer at Embassy Suites from November 2017 to August 2019. Erek Towers has experience as the Director of Facilities at Two Bunch Palms from January 2014 to October 2016, where they oversaw various departments and managed renovation and installation projects. Erek has also worked as a Facilities Manager at HYATT Palm Springs for Hospitality Ventures Management Group from January 2013 to September 2013, as well as in management roles at Viceroy Hotel Group, Marriott International, Noble House Hotels & Resorts, and JC Resorts.

Erek Towers attended the College of the Desert from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician. In May 2018, they earned additional certifications including the Air Conditioning / HVACR Certificate of Achievement, the Heat Pumps Certificate of Achievement, and the Residential Gas Heating Certificate of Achievement, all from the College of the Desert. In December 2017, they obtained the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Universal Certification from the ESCO Institute. Prior to their time at the College of the Desert, Erek Towers also obtained the CPO (Certified Pool/Spa Operator) certification from the National Swimming Pool Foundation in December 2017 and the ServSafe certification from the ServSafe National Restaurant Association in June 2015.
