Deb Thomsen has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Deb'smost recent position was as a Client Success Manager at Sensei Project Solutions, where they started in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Landis+Gyr for over 10 years, starting in 2009. During their time at Landis+Gyr, Deb held multiple roles, including VP of Engineering Operations / Acting Chief of Staff to CTO, Head of Global R&D Support, Director of Engineering Managed Services - R&D Software, and Manager of Services Engineering. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing global functions, executive-level reporting, budget management, and project management. Before joining Landis+Gyr, Deb worked at Axiant, LLC as a VP of Program Services from 2008 to 2009, SynQ Solutions as a VP of Information Technologies from 2006 to 2007, and Panasonic in various roles from 2001 to 2006, including VP of Quality Assurance & IT, Senior Manager of Engineering Quality Systems, and Manager of Software Quality Systems.
