Yih-Ming Liao

Yih-Ming Liao currently serves as the VP of Customer Applications at Sensel since June 2022. Previously, Yih-Ming held multiple roles at Synaptics Incorporated from December 2002 to April 2021, including Sr. Director of PC Products and Sr. Director of Customer Engineering, focusing on touchpad drivers and customer-centric engineering projects. Before Synaptics, Yih-Ming co-founded Keeca, aimed at enhancing online shopping experiences with a focus on loyalty programs from 2001 to 2006. Earlier experiences include founding Instera, Inc., and serving as a Software Manager at PostX, where secure email solutions were developed. Yih-Ming's technical expertise was further honed at Puma Technology and AddStor, Inc., developing innovative software for data transfer and compression. Yih-Ming earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Tamkang University.
